Snatch - 2-2-2-2-2 (115) Grace 30 Clean and Jerk’s in 3 min (29/95#) For some reason today O could not get my snatch down. I was throwing the bar up before standing all the way up and throwing my hips forward. I just did 115# for all the sets to get my form correct.
