I’m really into today’s WOD Snatch 2-2-1-1-1-1 100 KB Swings (53/35) Run 1 Mile but I also haven’t been to Bikram in over a month…and that is always damn good for sweating everything. Might be a good idea since I’ve gone strict paleo yesterday and next two days before in anticipation for a debaucherous OBX weekend.
